Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that life happens and schedules can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify me as soon as possible.
However, repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows impact my ability to serve other clients. Any client who consistently cancels with short notice or fail to show up may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50 percent of the scheduled service.
